Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Roverzo application, website, hardware products, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Roverzo provides smart motorhome monitoring hardware and software, including OBD-II vehicle diagnostics, habitation sensor monitoring, tyre pressure monitoring, solar energy tracking, and an AI-powered diagnostic companion. The Service includes mobile applications, a web dashboard, sensor hub firmware, and optional cloud synchronisation.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years of age to register. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Hardware Products

Roverzo hardware kits (Essential, Pro, and Ultimate) are sold subject to the following terms:

  • Warranty: All hardware products carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Returns: You may return unused hardware within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Used hardware may be returned within 30 days if faulty.
  • Shipping: Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. Roverzo is not liable for delays caused by carriers.
  • Installation: Hardware is designed for self-installation. Roverzo is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation.

5. Subscriptions

Roverzo offers three subscription tiers: Free, Pro, and AI Companion. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.

  • Billing: Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Downgrades: Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier. No data is deleted.
  • Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price increases.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service or hardware
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service or any part thereof for commercial purposes without our written consent
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to modify vehicle safety systems or emissions controls

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, firmware, designs, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by Dinem Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited licence to use the Service as described herein.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service provides vehicle diagnostic data for informational purposes only. Roverzo does not provide mechanical, electrical, or safety advice. Diagnostic readings are advisory and should be verified by a qualified mechanic before acting upon them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dinem Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damage to your vehicle, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the application or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
